At Billuu (a brand by Brewwlabs), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal and operational data of our merchants, restaurant owners, and their end-consumers. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, store, share, and safeguard information when you use our POS registers, cloud dashboard services, and marketing tools.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to deliver offline-capable POS services, secure cloud analytics, and automatic invoicing:

• Merchant Profile Data: Company name, GSTIN (GST registration numbers), email address, telephone contact, billing coordinates, and bank details for UPI integrations.
• Inventory and Sales Data: Product SKUs, menu lists, pricing, supplier transaction receipts, sales order logs, and daily reconciliation sheets.
• Customer CRM Contacts: Phone numbers, names, purchase history, and reward points balances captured during check-outs.
• Technical Metadata: Device IP addresses, hardware printer connection configurations, operating systems, and local cache backups.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process collected data to run the POS application, manage subscriptions, and send automated notifications:

• To compile real-time sales reports, raw material costing curves, and multi-outlet indents.
• To dispatch e-bills, discount coupons, and transactional alerts directly to customers' numbers via WhatsApp.
• To maintain offline local database sync cycles when registers transition back online.
• To audit system behaviors and prevent commercial fraud or unauthorized voids.

3. Data Security and Offline Backups

Security is a core component of the Billuu software stack. All client data synced to our cloud databases is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256 standards. Local databases stored on your registers utilize local sandboxing to prevent access from external unauthorized applications.

4. Third-Party Integrations

Our application connects to third-party APIs (including payment aggregators, Swiggy, Zomato, and the Meta WhatsApp Business API). While we ensure secure handshakes, we encourage you to review their specific developer privacy terms. We do not sell or lease your customer database to marketing agencies.

5. Your Rights and Preferences

Merchants can request complete archives of their database logs, edit inventory registers, or completely wipe their customer relationship databases from the settings panel. If you wish to delete your Brewwlabs tenant account, contact support@billuu.com.
