Welcome to Billuu. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Billuu software application, POS registers, central analytics dashboard, and all related cloud APIs provided by Brewwlabs.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing the POS software, registering an account, or accessing the central billing portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a restaurant franchise or company, you warrant that you hold authorized legal capacity to bind that business entity.
2. Software License & Account Eligibility
Brewwlabs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable SaaS subscription license to execute the Billuu POS application at your physical retail premises. You are responsible for maintaining the privacy of your terminal login codes and cashier credentials.
3. Subscription, Payments, and Taxes
- Billing Frequency: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual cycle, paid in advance via UPI, Net Banking, or card gateways.
- GST Compliance: Fees are subject to applicable Indian tax rules. You agree to submit correct corporate GSTIN information for input tax claims.
- Trial Period: We offer a 14-day free trial on selected tiers. Upon expiry, billing will resume based on your chosen plan.
4. Offline Mode and Hardware Prerequisites
While Billuu includes a robust local database for offline billing, you acknowledge that syncing reports, updating catalog settings, and dispatching WhatsApp invoices require internet connectivity. You are responsible for acquiring and maintaining compatible local hardware (including tablet devices, thermal printers, and router setups).
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer or scrape the POS binary.
- Use the WhatsApp API connection to send unsolicited spam or spam marketing lists.
- Falsify invoice GST calculations or hide transaction audits to cheat local tax divisions.
6. Limitation of Liability
Brewwlabs provides the software on an "as-is" and "as-available" baseline. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profit logs, raw material stock inconsistencies, hardware damage, or kitchen order ticket errors caused by system downtimes.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive legal jurisdiction assigned to courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
